Hematologist/Oncologist

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Ophthalmology Physician to provide high-quality care in various settings, including Office, Urgent Care, House Calls, and Nursing Home divisions.

Job Description

• Provide primary care services to patients, including those in nursing homes.
• Order tests, analyze results, and refer to specialists when needed.
• Diagnose conditions and prescribe appropriate treatments and medications.
• Advise patients on lifestyle and dietary changes to improve health.
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records and ensure patient confidentiality.

Requirements

• BC/BE in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, Palliative Care, Family Medicine, or related fields.
• MD or DO degree from an accredited U.S. medical school.
• Completed residency and/or fellowship as required.
• Active NY Medical License, DEA, and DPS registration (may be completed during credentialing).
• Experience in primary care and diagnostic services.
• Team-oriented with excellent patient care skills.
