Job Description

We're seeking a compassionate, experienced Primary Care Physician to join a public service outpatient clinic in Atlanta, GA on a locum basis. This clinic is dedicated to serving homeless and underserved populations, offering a unique opportunity to make a real difference in patients' lives while working in a supportive, team-based environment.

• Start Date: ASAP
• Schedule: Monday to Thursday Day Shifts Only
• Setting: Outpatient clinic (public service)
• Location: Atlanta, GA
• Call: None
• Patient Load: /day (mostly adults)
• EMR: Epic
• No inpatient duties, no ED backup, no code response
• 6 mid-level providers on site for support
• Must be comfortable with pelvic exams, pap smears, and employment physicals
• Training available in HIV care and Integrated Behavioral Health
• Defibrillator available on-site

Requirements

• Active GA Medical License & DEA
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (IM preferred)
• 5+ years of post-training experience
• Graduate of a state-approved medical school
• BLS certification
• Local candidates only. Mileage reimbursed.

Preferred Experience

• Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred
• Experience treating:
  • Homeless and medically underserved populations
  • Immigrant communities and culturally diverse patients
• Experience in clinical leadership or administrative roles
