Job Description

• Location: Toledo, OH
• Start Date: Targeting Late October / Early November 2025
• End Date: February / March 2026
• Schedule: Nights only (no call)
• Rate: Competitive rates
• Travel & Lodging: Fully covered

Clinical Details

• Practice Setting: Hospital-based, Neuro ICU
• Facility Type: Level 1 Trauma Center + Comprehensive Stroke Center
• Census:
  • Neuro ICU: 10 patients/night
  • Neurosurgery Consults: 5/night
• Team Support:
  • 2 Neuro Intensivists (available by phone at night)
  • 3 APPs in the group
• Other Details:
  • Adult-only population
  • Onsite lab & imaging
  • EMR: Epic
  • No other neurologists on-site overnight

Requirements

• Board Certified PA
• Ohio License
• Clean malpractice
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS Required; ENLS Highly Preferred
• Must be comfortable managing Neuro ICU patients in a Level 1 Trauma setting
• Must have experience with stroke care and neurosurgical consults at night
