Board-Certified Vascular Surgeon
A high-volume, Level II trauma hospital in Langhorne, Pennsylvania is seeking a Board-Certified Vascular Surgeon for locum tenens hospital-based rounding and call coverage. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced surgeon who thrives in complex vascular cases and flexible scheduling.
Job Description
- Hospital-based rounding & call
- Schedule: Nights, weekends
- Call coverage: 2-3 weekends per month
- Cases per day: 2
- Operating rooms: 16
- Patient population: Adult & Geriatric
- Trauma designation: Level II
- Start date: As soon as credentialed
Procedures & Scope
You will manage a wide range of open and endovascular vascular procedures, including but not limited to:
- Aneurysm repair
- Carotid endarterectomy (CEA) & carotid stenting
- Femoral bypass surgery
- AV fistulas
- Endovascular & open reconstruction for DVT occlusions
- Peripheral artery disease (PAD) interventions
- Limb salvage & gangrene management
- Varicose veins & venous wounds
- Vascular malformations
- Nutcracker syndrome
- Lymphedema
Compensation & Coverage

Requirements
- Board Certified in Vascular Surgery
- Completed Vascular Surgery Fellowship
- Active PA license
- BLS & ACLS certifications
- Clean malpractice history
- Local providers strongly preferred
