Job Description

• $115/hour pay
• Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate

• Independence in practice with a physician available via phone

Requirements

• Minimum 36 hrs/week (3x12s) with rotating weekends
• Practice Setting: Urgent Care + Occ Health clinic
• EMR: Anthem
• Patient Demographic: All ages adolescent to geriatric
• Procedures: Episodic care, injury treatment, basic occupational medicine
• Board Certified (NCCPA)
• Active VA license & DEA
• BLS certification
• Reliable availability to meet the 36-hour weekly minimum
