    Hospitalist Advanced Practice Provider

    Job Description

    • Daytime and Nocturnist Hospitalist Advanced Practice Provider positions available. These positions are 3 - 12 hour shifts per week.
    • Daytime Shifts: 8:00 am - 8:00 pm AND 12:00 pm - 12:00 am
    • Nocturnist Shifts: 8:00 pm - 8:00 am
    • The provider is responsible for admitting and rounding in our inpatient and observation unit.
    • Opportunities available at all of our acute care campuses in Lee County (HealthPark Medical Center; Gulf Coast Medical Center; Lee Memorial and Cape Coral Hospital). The right candidate should be willing and able to float as needed to any of these locations.
    • Experienced inpatient providers are preferred but not required.

    Requirements

    • Graduate of an accredited nurse practitioner (adult, acute path preferred) or physician assistant program. Board certified in the respective field.
    • Active and Clear State of Florida License (or ability to obtain such prior to start date); Active Florida DEA
    • BLS and ACLS Certification through the American Heart Association
