Lee Health system is a non-profit organization comprised of more than 16,000 employees, 4,500 volunteers, and more than 1,250 employed primary care and specialty physicians/providers with more than 100 practice locations throughout Southwest Florida. The organization has 4 acute care hospitals and 2 specialty hospitals that together house 1,812 hospital beds.

Job Description

• Lee Physician Group is seeking a physician BE/BC in Sleep Medicine to join their very busy and growing team. Currently, the group has three full-time physicians and three APPs. Sleep Medicine is referred, so physicians order and read their own studies. Average patient load is 10-15 a day. Sleep Medicine Department is through the Neuroscience Institute.
• There are two adult sleep labs and one pediatric sleep lab. Need is primarily for adult sleep medicine. An interest in academic medicine is a plus, as the program works closely with IM & FM residents.
