    Angiography Technologist

As you provide imaging procedures according to physician's orders, you will be extending professional, expert care to the patients we serve.

    Angiography, cardiovascular, and electrophysiology technologists provide the highest quality care using the most advanced technologies for diagnosis and treatment in our cardiovascular (Cath Lab) and hybrid labs located at each Legacy site.

    Job Description

    • Perform imaging procedures according to physician's orders, utilizing knowledge and judgment in regard to exposure factors, imaging technique, and patient treatment.
    • Provide the highest quality care using advanced technologies for diagnosis and treatment in our cardiovascular and hybrid labs.

    Requirements

    • Education: Graduate of certified Radiologic Technology school or program.
    • Level I: Current applicable state LRT license as you continue toward your ARRT-R registry. Current American Heart Association BLS is also required.
    • Level II: 1-year of previous experience in the field of angiography/cardiac catheterization, ACLS, BLS, applicable state LRT, and ARRT-R required.
    • Level III: 2-years previous experience in the field of angiography/cardiac catheterization is required. You must demonstrate proficiency in the operation of Cath Lab x-ray table equipment and demonstrate knowledge of Cath Lab product inventory. Current applicable state LRT, ARRT-R, and ACLS is required. RCIS, CI, VI is preferred. Current American Heart Association BLS is also required.
