Anesthesiologist

Join our team as an Anesthesiologist in a facility with a Level 1 Trauma designation. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a variety of cases.

Job Description

• Start date: 03/01/2022
• Duration: 4-6 months
• Reason for need: Additional operating rooms opening
• Number of operating rooms: 15, including 4 endoscopy, 2 catheterization, and 2 obstetrics
• Types of cases: Robotics, general surgery, orthopedics, trauma, neurology, spines, obstetrics, urology, pain management, ENT, vascular, pediatrics, GI/endoscopy, burns; all cases are seen at this site
• Majority of cases: Robotics and general surgery
• EMR: IpoCare
• Team model: 12 CRNAs and 14 MDs
• Shifts: 3-4 days per week, varying days; full-time 40-hour weeks with 8-hour days
• Call required: Call is required and part of the schedule; all call is in-house
• Minimum number of shifts: 16 per month (could be flexible)

Requirements

• Board-certified anesthesiologist
• Life support certification
• Active Florida license
• Active Florida DEAC
• COVID vaccination
• NPDB self-query
