Job Description

• Join an employed group composed of Hematologists/Oncologists, Advanced Practice Providers, and Radiation Oncologists on-site
• Participate in bi-weekly tumor board and clinical trial programs
• Utilize Aria Oncology information system
• Average 25-30 patients per day in the outpatient clinic
• Work with 10 infusion chairs and 2 quick chairs
• Inpatient treatment referred to large academic centers in the area
• Staffed with navigators, pharmacist, pharmacy technician, lab technician with lab draws in office, phlebotomist, office manager, and clinical director (shared with radiation oncology)
• 24/7 Hospitalist coverage
• Most local cancer referrals come from General Surgery, Gastroenterology, Urology, Pulmonology, ENT, and Nephrology. Common oncology scope includes breast, prostate, lung, colon, head/neck, with a large hematology panel
• Maintain good working relationships with tertiary centers in the region
• ACOS-CoC accredited
• Experience low turnover in the clinic with a true family atmosphere
