Neurologist

Job Description

• Provide care for a diverse patient population with a focus on neurology
• Manage an inpatient census of 10-12 patients per month and an outpatient clinic census of 10-15 patients per day
• Perform required procedures including EEG, EMG, and Botulinum Toxin Administration (Botox)

Requirements

• MD/DO with board certification or board eligibility in Neurology
• Indiana medical license
• ACLS, BLS, and DEA certifications
• Covid vaccination
