Job Description

• Outpatient assignment with a day shift schedule and no call
• Manage a diverse patient population with a focus on preventive care

Requirements

• MD/DO in Family Medicine or Pediatrics
• Board-certified or board-eligible
• Indiana medical license
• ACLS and BLS certification
• Indiana DEA registration
• Covid vaccination
