Oncology/Hematology Opportunity

Excellent MA Oncology/Hematology opportunity for year-long coverage from 6/1/24 - 6/1/25.

Job Description

• Inpatient shift: M-F, 8a-5p
• Call: 1 weekend/month, 7a-7a and 1 night a week 5p-8a
• PPS: 14-16
• 60% Oncology, 40% Hematology
• Call: 5 patients/shift
• Required procedures: Chemotherapy - intrathecal, bone marrow biopsy
• Required duties: Participation on Tumor Board, order tests, order images, prescriptions
• Administration of chemotherapy: Nurse Oncologists
• Support staff: each provider has MA, also clinical research coordinators, schedulers, RNs, Nurse Navigators, full Lab and Pharmacy
• EMR: MediTech Expanse
