Hematology/Oncology Physician

Great Wisconsin Hematology/Oncology opportunity for vacancy/permanent search coverage starting 6/3/24 or ASAP and ongoing. One full-time provider is requested.

Job Description

• Inpatient and outpatient scheduled clinical hours with beeper call
• Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM each day, plus 1 weekend of call per month
• Call primarily consists of phone calls from Friday night to Monday morning
• Call response: TBD
• Call ratio: 1:2
• Typical Hematology/Oncology practice
• Bone marrow biopsies required
• Both rounding responsibilities
• PPS: 15-20 admissions by hospitalist
• Equipment: Intellidose TxM
• Support staff includes RNs, MAs, PAs/NPs, and office staff
• Locum to supervise APPs
• EMR: Cerner
• Expenses covered, weekly pay, and occurrence form malpractice insurance provided
