Primary Care Physician

We are working with a Primary Care clinic located about 20 miles east of the Los Angeles area that is looking for some part-time coverage. Locums, Inc. will provide your medical malpractice coverage and hourly compensation.

Job Description

• Coverage needed: Typically Wednesdays each week
• Solo, outpatient
• Hours: 9:30 am - 6:30 pm with 1 hour lunch
• Complete support staff
• Patient volume: 4 per hour (40% adult; 40% geriatric; 20% pediatric population)
• Paper charting
• Spanish-speaking a plus, but not required

Patient Services

• Diabetes, colds/flu, sick visits, high blood pressure, asthma/sinus, COPD, well baby visits, respiratory infections, physicals, EKG, onsite lab testing
