Job Description

• Credentialing timeframe is 30 days.
• The schedule is Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
• Call required if provider is working over 20 hours/week.
• Clinician must be board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine and have a New Jersey license.
• Dates needed: July - 3 months; option to extend.
• Case load: 10-20 patients per day.
• Shift type: Day shift.
• Assignment type: Outpatient.
• Assignment duration: Locums.
• Call required: Negotiable.
