A community mental health center is seeking a psychiatrist for locum tenens coverage. The facility is located in Camden, NJ. A psychiatrist is needed to treat adult patients in an outpatient setting. The schedule is 3-5 days per week, anytime Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Telehealth candidates will be considered. Candidates that are bilingual in Spanish are strongly preferred. 12-16 patients per day are scheduled.

Job Description

• Treat adult patients in an outpatient setting
• Schedule: 3-5 days per week, anytime M-F 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• Telehealth candidates will be considered
• Manage a caseload of 12-16 patients per day
• Conduct initial evaluations (30 minutes) and follow-up visits (15 minutes)
• Cases treated include anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder
• Work with a Spanish-speaking population

Requirements

• Board certification is negotiable
• Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred
