OB Hospitalist

Women's Healthcare in Fresno, CA is looking for a locum, locum to perm, or perm OB Hospitalist to cover 24-hour in-house shifts starting as soon as credentialed.

Job Description

• Call ratio: 1 in 55-7 shifts per month
• In-house shifts only
• 5-10 patients per day
• Areas of rounding: Post Partum, Ante Partum, and Labor and Delivery
• ICU beds: 25+
• EMR: Cerner
• Credentialing timeframe: 4 weeks
• Support staff: RNs, backup physicians, physician anesthetist, and/or CRNA
• Volume: 3-4 deliveries per 24 hours, 13-15 average patients per 24 hours
• Coverage: This physician is the in-house coverage for all patients with or without a private physician
• This position is a full-time in-house OB/GYN hospitalist at Medical Center
• Level 2 and Level 3 NICUs in hospital

Requirements

• Additional license requirements: Fetal Heart Monitoring Certification
