    Pediatrician

    Kennebec Pediatrics, a thriving, well-established practice of MaineGeneral Medical Center, is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Pediatrician to join their collegial team, meeting patients' medical needs through compassionate, respectful, and professional care.

    Join a team of physicians along with a full complement of excellent nursing and support staff in an outpatient setting, providing comprehensive care from infancy to young adulthood.

    Job Description

    • A schedule consisting of 32 clinical hours and the benefits of 8 hours of dedicated administrative time each week.
    • No evening clinic hours.
    • No inpatient pediatric, emergency department, or newborn nursery coverage.
    • After-hours on-call service that begins at 4:50 PM - 7:45 AM on weekends and weekend call service from 2:00 PM - 9:00 PM.
    • Teaching opportunities for third-year medical students from the University of New England.
    • An opportunity to work as a per diem pediatric hospitalist if desired, although not required.
