MASC Medical is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urgent Care Physician to join a well-established outpatient practice in Pembroke Pines, FL. Job Description

• Provide comprehensive urgent care services in an outpatient setting
• Perform procedures including:
  • Suturing
  • Incision & Drainage (I&D)
  • Minor office-based procedures
• Conduct occupational health evaluations and treatment
• Offer preventive care and health promotion services
• Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
• Maintain accurate documentation (eClinicalWorks experience a plus)

Requirements

• Active Florida Medical License
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in:
  • Family Medicine
  • Internal Medicine
  • Emergency Medicine
  • Occupational Medicine
• DOT Certification preferred
• FAA physical certification a plus
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Commitment to high ethical and clinical standards

• Excellent bedside manner and communication skills

Schedule

• Wednesday: 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM (6-hour shift)
• Thursday & Friday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (12-hour shifts)
• Saturday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (10-hour shift)
• No overnight call

Compensation

• $220,000 - $240,000 annual salary
