Neurocritical Care Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Join our team as a Neurocritical Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Connecticut. This position offers an opportunity to provide specialized care in a dynamic environment.

Job Description

• Provide neurocritical care, including some MICU overflow
• Manage a patient volume of 6-9 ICU patients per night
• Work within a team of NPs/PAs in a 23-bed Neuro ICU

Requirements

• PA or NP with experience in Neuro ICU, acute stroke, acute head/spine trauma, neurosurgery, neurology, and overall critical care
• Expertise in performing central lines and A-lines

Benefits

• Competitive rate of $100 - $115.00 per hour
• Flexible work schedule with shifts of 13 to 13.5 hours (6:30 PM - 7:30 AM or 8:00 AM)
• Part-time candidates will be considered

Work Schedule

• Ideally 3-4 nights per week
