LPN Private Duty

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Maxim Healthcare in Cleveland is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with pediatric and/or adult patients in their own homes. A variety of patient acuities are available, including G-tube, trach, and vent patients. Day or night shifts are available with 8, 10, and 12-hour shift lengths.

Job Description

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Requirements

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN/LVN will practice.
• Current TB or chest X-ray.
• Current BLS card.
