**Job Description**

- Initially 90 days, is an ongoing position so will extend or convert to permanent
- Must be Board Certified or Eligible
- Primarily scheduled patients
- Mostly medication management and chronic care
- Patient care, reviewing ER and off-site paperwork, seeing patients if urgent, minor office procedures (laceration repairs)
