Job Description

• Locations: Carmel, IN (Zip: 10512) and North Salem, IN (Zip: 10560)
• Modality: LPN/RN
• Skills: Pediatric - gtube/trach/vent for Carmel; Pediatric - gtube for North Salem
• Available Days: Carmel - e/o Tuesday nights, Wednesday - Sunday nights, Sunday days; North Salem - Tuesday nights, weekend day hours flexible, ideally 7a-7p
• Shift: Carmel - 7a-7p, 7p-7a (but can be flexible); North Salem - 7a-7p overnights
• Estimated Pay Range: $35 LPN, $38 RN for Carmel; $38 LPN, $43 RN for North Salem
