Job Description

• Spearheading quality improvement initiatives, strategic planning, and educational programs
• Enhancing patient satisfaction, streamlining workflows, and driving optimal outcomes
• Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effective use of resources across service lines
• Overseeing staff onboarding, training, and evaluations
• Ensuring all staff maintain current licensure, certifications, and clinical competencies
• Developing and upholding standards of practice that align with hospital policy and regulatory guidelines

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
• A Master's Degree in Nursing preferred
• Active New York State RN license and BCLS certification
• 3-5 years' progressive leadership experience; Nurse Manager experience desirable
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in hematology/oncology
• Oncology Nursing Certification (ONCC) preferred
• Strong clinical judgment across a broad range of medical conditions
• Excellent communication and computer skills
