    Join our team with a permanent, full-time opportunity. This position offers a 7 on, 7 off schedule at Bay, Oakland/Lapeer, and Lansing, with Monday-Friday day shifts and on-call nights and weekends during your week on. The schedule at McLaren Northern Michigan is Monday-Friday with no weekends. Cerner EMR and PACS workstations are available for dictation.

    Job Description

    • Base salary of $700,000 plus bonuses (no cap on earnings)
    • Sign-on bonus, student loan repayment, relocation assistance, and fellowship stipend are all negotiable
    • This opportunity can sponsor H1B visas
    • Candidates will be board certified/board eligible

    McLaren Bay Region (Bay City, MI) is a 415-bed acute care hospital providing specialty, primary, and preventative care located in Bay City, Michigan. Services include cardiovascular, neuroscience, women's health, orthopedics, rehabilitation, home health and hospice care, EMS, and oncology. The emergency department treats more than 45,000 patients a year. As the regional leader in cardiovascular and neuroscience services, the Bay medical center cares for patients throughout the Great Lakes Bay Region with a population of nearly 500,000.

    McLaren Greater Lansing (Lansing, MI) is a tertiary teaching facility with 240 acute care beds located in Lansing, Michigan on the southern edge of the Michigan State University campus. It features a new state-of-the-art hospital built in 2022. Among its services are a Level III Designated Trauma Center/Emergency Department, Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Institute, comprehensive cardiac programs, medical/surgical units, and women and children's health services including a modern birthing center.

The facility maintains a verified Level II trauma designation and provides comprehensive care in a 29-bed Emergency Center along with specialized services for heart, cancer, orthopedic and general surgery services, physical medicine and rehabilitation, women's services, wound care services, and sleep disorders.

    McLaren Oakland (Pontiac, MI) is a 318-bed hospital that provides primary and specialty healthcare services to the greater Pontiac and Oakland County communities. McLaren Oakland has grown to a comprehensive medical community that includes outpatient facilities in addition to an inpatient hospital in Pontiac providing a range of clinical services including emergency and trauma care, cardiology, cancer services, minimally invasive robotic surgery, and orthopedic services. McLaren Oakland offers ACGME accredited residency and fellowship programs.

    McLaren Northern Michigan (Petoskey, MI) is a 202-bed regional hospital located in Petoskey, Michigan serving residents in 22 counties across northern Lower Michigan and the eastern part of the Upper Peninsula. More than 230 physicians represent nearly all medical and surgical specialties, enabling full-service care with an emphasis on cardiology, cancer, orthopedics, and neurosciences.
