Locum Tenens Opportunity Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide compassionate care in a solo practice setting. This is a flexible locum tenens opportunity starting between September 15 and September 29 with ongoing coverage through December (office will be closed over the holidays).

Job Description

• Specialty Needed: NP/PA Family Medicine (Geriatric focus)
• Schedule: 4-hour shifts, flexible days (Mon-Thurs). No Fridays!
• Coverage Dates: September - December 2025
• Patient Volume: Approx. 12 patients per 4-hour shift
• Call Coverage: None
• Location: Modesto, CA
• Pay: $90 per hour
• EMR: Office Ally

Patient Population & Scope

The patient mix is primarily geriatric, with a focus on:

• Hypertension
• Diabetes
• Depression
• Menopause
• Intake exams & blood work
• Medication adjustments
• Setting up referrals

On-Site Support

• 1 Physician
• 2 MAs
