Job Description

• Outpatient settings.
• Hours Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with no weekends.
• 12-15 patients per day with additional support providing primary care to seniors with chronic conditions.
• Competitive salary package starting at $250-$300k base plus quarterly production incentives.
• EMR is eClinicalWorks.
• No pediatric patients.

• Client prefers experience with Managed Care / Medicare Advantage but it is not required.
