    Job Description

    • Job Type: Full-time
    • Pay Range: $300,000 - $475,000 per year
    • Up to $100,000 sign-on bonus
    • EAM: 3 OBG + 3 CNM + 2 WHNP's (plus 3 OBGYNs PRN for call coverage at hospital)
    • Setting: full spectrum OB & Gyn
    • Schedule: M-F 8-5 in clinic plus call, 1 surgery day at hospital
    • Deliveries: average 60-70/month & 720-840/year

    Relocation allowance: paid 50% at signing and 50% at start
    $5,000 if in GA state
    $10,000 if out of state

    VAC: 3 weeks (yr 1-2), 4 weeks (yr 3-5), 5 weeks (6+ yrs)
    SICK: 10 days/yr (accrued up to 480 hrs)
    CME: 5 days (yr 1-5), 8 days (6+ yrs)
    CME allowance: $YES, (includes professional license & or society dues) 5 days plus $3500
    DEA renewal: employer paid
    Medical, Dental, Vision insurance
    Life insurance: $50,000 plus option for supplemental life insurance and AD&D employer paid - $50,000
    STD: 31 day exclusion (employer paid, $700/week for 22 weeks - option for buy-up plan)
    LTD: 180 day exclusion (employee paid), 60% of pay up to $9,250/month
    403(b) retirement plan: tax-deferred plan after 1 year of employment - employer pays 2% discretionary contribution at calendar year end + matches employee's contribution up to 3% of salary
    FTCA Malpractice Coverage
    NHSC Loan Repayment Eligible site with HPSA = 24
