Family Nurse Practitioner - School-Based Clinic

A mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center located in North Georgia is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join their school-based clinic team in Dahlonega, GA. This year-round clinic, located on an elementary school campus, is open to both students and the general public, providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages.

Job Description

• Full-time, outpatient opportunity
• 4-day work week (7:30 AM - 5:00 PM)
• No weekends, nights, or on-call duties
• Year-round, public-facing school-based clinic
• Collaborative care with physicians, behavioral health, and support staff
• Clinical support staff assigned to assist with workflow
• Focus on quality care and improvement

Requirements

• Active Georgia Nurse Practitioner license
• Current BLS certification
• 1-2 years of experience preferred
• Comfortable treating patients across the lifespan
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening
