This modern hospital operates with an independent practice model, supported by a collaborative team of clinicians. The CRNAs will work primarily in the Operating Room and Catheterization Lab, handling a variety of cases, including vascular and electrophysiology, all performed independently, without physician supervision.

Job Description

• Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing various surgical procedures.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia as needed throughout procedures.
• Provide post-anesthesia care and assessment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Participate in emergency response as required.
• Flexibility in scheduling to meet the needs of the facility.

Requirements

• NBCRNA Certification (required)
• Nebraska state license (highly preferred)
• Clean malpractice and background history (highly preferred)
• Experience with Epic EMR (highly preferred)

License and Certification Requirements

• Current NBCRNA certification.
• Nebraska state nursing license preferred but not required.
