    Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

    We are seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our dedicated Anesthesia Services Team in Muskegon, Michigan. This state-of-the-art facility is designated as a Level 2 trauma center and boasts 20 operating rooms, 5 heart and vascular rooms, 6 endoscopy rooms, and 2 c-section suites. Our CRNA will be involved in a general and complex range of cases including orthopedic, GI, gynecology, ENT, complex vascular, neurosurgery, interventional cardiology, and more.     Job Description

    • Provide anesthesia services for a variety of surgical procedures.
    • Work in a mixed schedule of 8, 10, 12, and 16-hour shifts.
    • Collaborate with a professional team of anesthesia providers.
    • Ensure a safe and effective anesthetic experience for all surgical patients.
    • Participate in case discussions, including complex cardiothoracic and robotics cases.
    • Contribute to the educational training of nursing staff and residents when necessary.

    Requirements

    • Master's degree in Nurse Anesthesia or equivalent.
    • Experience in anesthesia practice preferred, but new graduates will be considered.
    • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of anesthesia protocols.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

    Licenses and Certifications

    • Board Certified NBCRNA (required by time of start).
    • Current Michigan Nursing License (or willing to obtain).
    • DEA Verbal Confirmation (or willing to obtain).
    • ACLS and BLS certifications (or willing to obtain).
