This is a full-time permanent position in a large-level IV NICU that serves multiple hospitals in the system, offering ample opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

Job Description

• Provide high-acuity care in a Level IV NICU.
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals and specialists.
• Rotate across three hospitals within a 20-30 minute driving distance.
• Fulfill 24-hour shifts in Level III units, and 10- or 12-hour days and 12- or 16-hour nights in the Level IV unit.
• Ensure compliance with protocols and best practices in neonatal care.
• Report with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes for neonates.

Requirements

• Master's Degree (minimum) and/or Doctorate in Nursing required.
• NNP - Board Certified (no acceptance of FNP, PNP, or other NP certifications) required.
• Current Florida license or willingness to obtain required.
• Minimum of 2 years of employment experience as a NNP (not including RN experience) required.
• DEA certification (must be obtained prior to start) required.
