Join a team that is changing what’s possible. MUSC Florence, in affiliation with MUSC's Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, is actively recruiting for an Adult Psychiatrist to provide services at our Leatherman Behavioral Care Pavilion located in Florence, SC.

Job Description

• Motivation and desire to work with an excellent multidisciplinary psychiatric care team
• Training in an accredited Psychiatry Program
• Board Certification/Board Eligibility in Psychiatry
• Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
• 40% Inpatient; 40% Outpatient; 20% EmPATH
• Duties include hospital rounding, outpatient services, and EmPATH
• Additional compensation for on-call responsibilities at 1:3 or 1:4 with the eventual goal of a minimum 1:4 call

The candidate chosen for this role will be connected to MUSC's Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health Sciences in Charleston via an affiliate faculty appointment and will receive access to the division’s resources (including weekly grand rounds), as well as clinical support from the Charleston team.
