Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

This is an excellent role for a PMHNP seeking true clinical autonomy without isolation, a manageable pace, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact serving an underserved population.

Job Description

• Full-time schedule (40 hours/week), primarily Monday-Friday
• Thoughtful pace with 15-minute medication visits and 45-60 minute evaluations
• Minimal to no call; any call is rare and compensated separately
• Collaborative behavioral health team with psychiatrists consistently available for consultation
• Eligibility for federal loan repayment
• 140K salary plus a tremendous benefits package

Requirements

• Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese required (Vietnamese a plus)
• Strong foundation in DSM-5 and psychopharmacology
• J-1 and H-1B candidates welcome (cap-exempt)
