Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

An established community behavioral health program is seeking an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join an integrated care team. This full-time opportunity offers a collaborative, mission-driven environment providing psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment. The PMHNP will work with a mixed caseload of adults, children, and adolescents, maintaining an approximate 50/50 adult and child/adolescent split. Clinical duties include both outpatient services and inpatient care, including Crisis Stabilization Units (CSU) and Short-Term Residential Treatment (SRT). The position follows a Monday-Friday schedule, with reasonable patient volumes and some scheduling flexibility.

Requirements

• Candidates must be PMHNP certified
• Hold an active Florida APRN license; dual PMHNP/FNP certification is preferred
