Job Description

• Seeking Anesthesiologists to provide ongoing locums coverage at a multispecialty facility in Indiana starting December 2025.
• Schedule Requirements:
  • 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off
  • Day shift 7a-3p
  • Call shifts 3p-7a
• Credentialing timeline: 60-90 days
  • Temps/emergency privileges available with clear background/malpractice history and an active, unrestricted license

Requirements

• Board Certified MD/DO - Required
• IN Active license - Required
• BLS/ACLS/PALS (must be AHA certified) - Required
• Caselogs of epidurals, spinals, blocks - Required
