Job Description

• Seeking CRNAs to provide ongoing locums coverage at a multispecialty facility in Vermont starting January 2025.
• Schedule Requirements:
  • Day shift 7a-3p
  • Late Room: 7a-5p
  • Call shifts 3p-7a
    • Call scheduled approximately 1 per week
    • Response Time: 30 mins
• EMR System: Medaxion
• 5 providers scheduled during the day
  • Supervision: Yes - 60%
• 5 ORs
• Level 3 Trauma Center
• Procedures Required:
  • General, Endo, OBGYN (380 deliveries/year, C-sections and VBACs), Peds, urology, ENT, ophthalmology, plastics
  • Must be proficient in spinals, blocks, and epidurals
• Credentialing timeline: 60-90 days
  • Temps/emergency privileges available with clear background/malpractice history and an active, unrestricted license

Requirements

• Board Certified CRNA - Required
• VT Active license - Required
• DEA - Required
• ACLS, BLS, PALS (AHA) - Required
• Caselogs of epidurals, spinals, blocks - Required
