Job Description

• Outpatient clinic hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Call schedule: TBD
• Average 15 patients per day
• EMR: Athena health
• Required to perform urogynecology procedures
• Competitive salary, benefits, PTO, and CME allowance
• Eligible for relocation and sign-on bonus
