Emergency Medicine Physician

Join our private practice emergency medicine group located close to Atlanta. All current physicians are board certified in emergency medicine, and we offer a competitive salary structure with $325K in the first year, $350K in the second year, and partnership beginning in year three with an average income of $450K.

Job Description

• Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Work 16 eight-hour shifts per month (currently 14 of the shifts are day shifts and 2 are night shifts).
• The group has 4 nocturnists and does not need any more.
• Physician contract including benefits and expenses is with the group.
• Work at 2 emergency departments within 30 minutes of each other.
• Current volume: 1st ED has 65,000 visits per year and 2nd ED has 45,000 visits per year.
• Both EDs are level II trauma facilities.
• 100% democratic group with full partnership after year 2.
• The group also employs nurse practitioners and physician assistants.
• Only looking for emergency medicine trained board certified/board eligible candidates with more than 2 years of experience.
