Emergency Medicine Physician

Join our private practice emergency medicine group located close to Atlanta. All current physicians are board certified in emergency medicine, and this position offers a competitive salary structure with partnership opportunities.

Job Description

• $325K salary in year 1, $350K in year 2, with partnership beginning in year 3, averaging $450K.
• Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Work 16 eight-hour shifts per month (currently 14 day shifts and 2 night shifts).
• Group has 4 nocturnists (no additional nocturnists needed).
• Physician contract including benefits and expenses is with the group.
• Work at 2 emergency departments within 30 minutes of each other.
• Current volume: 1st ED - 65,000/year, 2nd ED - 45,000/year.
• Both EDs are level II trauma facilities.
• 100% democratic group.
• Full partnership after year 2.
• Group also employs nurse practitioners and physician assistants.
• Only looking for emergency medicine trained board certified/board eligible candidates with more than 2 years of experience.
