General Surgeon

This hospital system is currently recruiting an experienced General Surgeon to join our growing surgical team for our Southern market. Join our team as we meet the growing needs of our community. This is a bread and butter general surgery. A dedicated APP will work alongside the surgeon and assist with rounding, clinic, and surgical assist.

Job Description

• Perform bread and butter general surgery procedures
• Collaborate with a dedicated APP for rounding, clinic, and surgical assistance

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery
• Laparoscopic surgery training is a plus
• Interest in endoscopy and colonoscopy
• Interest in wound care is a plus
• Ability to obtain an active medical license in the state of Georgia
• Excellent clinical skills
• Team-oriented
• At least 2 years of surgical experience
