Medical Director Urgent Care Physician

Join our team as a Medical Director Urgent Care Physician. This position is designed to be 75% clinical and 25% administrative, providing oversight to three locations.

Job Description

• Provide oversight to three locations.
• Participate in provider recruitment and orient new providers.
• Review, sign, and supervise Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
• Conduct chart reviews, corrective action, and provider performance reviews.
• Attend provider meetings; facilitate internal staff meetings; effectively communicate clinical updates and procedural changes to all providers.

Requirements

• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine.
• DOT Certification preferred.
• Georgia Medical licensure or eligibility.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients.
