Job Description

• High-growth potential: Strong referral base with significant unmet demand; patients are currently being referred out due to lack of local services.
• Fast ramp-up: Opportunity to quickly establish a robust patient panel.
• Collaborative environment: Build a practice with experienced support staff and the potential for advanced practitioners.
• Excellent facilities: Modern clinic space located on the hospital campus with full OR block days available.
• Subspecialty support: While a general ENT practice is ideal, subspecialty interests are welcomed and encouraged.
• ENT-trained OR staff and Audiology nearby.
• Shared call: 10 days per month.
