Trauma Surgeon
Meritus Health is seeking a BC/BE trauma surgeon for a full-time position in our growing healthcare system. You will work alongside a team of skilled trauma surgeons and APPs covering trauma and emergency general surgery. Meritus is the busiest Level III trauma center in the state of MD with over 3400 activations in 2023 and will be applying for Level II designation in the near future. The trauma center includes 4-designated trauma rooms with dedicated trauma nurses and 24/7 trauma operating room availability. Meritus School of Osteopathic Medicine opens in summer 2025, and a general surgery residency will also begin in 2025. - Meet credentialing requirements for MD state licensure, clinical privileges, and medical staff membership

$450,000.00 annually - sign-on bonus eligible
