The Phlebotomist is responsible for the collection and processing of specimens for laboratory analysis. The Phlebotomist must have good communication skills and maintain a thorough knowledge of laboratory test requirements and departmental policies. Responsibilities include adult and pediatric venipuncture, EKGs, order entry, and specimen processing.

Job Description

• Hours: Part-Time/20 hours
• Shift: Days, 1st Shift

Requirements

• High School Diploma, or equivalent
• Phlebotomy certificate or 1 year of experience is preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Previous phlebotomy experience with all age groups
• 2 years of experience with adult education and instructional design
