    Outpatient Pediatric Therapy Supervisor (BCBA/LCSW)

    The Outpatient Pediatric Therapy Supervisor is a key contributing member of the Mayer Center leadership team. They are responsible for overseeing the daily operations and supervising both Rehabilitation Therapists (Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist) and Applied Behavior Analysis (Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Registered Behavior Tech) staff.

    The Outpatient Pediatric Therapy Supervisor organizes, implements, directs, and monitors the activities of the Mayer Center Team across multiple locations. They will provide leadership and vision to ensure optimal delivery of comprehensive pediatric services across service lines. The Outpatient Pediatric Therapy Supervisor will dedicate up to 50% of their responsibilities to providing direct patient care in a professional capacity as a BCBA or LCSW.

    Job Description

    • Oversee the daily operations and supervise Rehabilitation Therapists and Applied Behavior Analysis staff.
    • Organize, implement, direct, and monitor the activities of the Mayer Center Team across multiple locations.
    • Provide leadership and vision to ensure optimal delivery of comprehensive pediatric services.
    • Dedicate up to 50% of responsibilities to providing direct patient care as a BCBA or LCSW.

    Requirements

    • 5 years clinical experience working with children and families.
    • Bachelor's Degree.
    • BCBA or LCSW credentials.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 3 years previous supervisory experience.
    • Master's Degree in a healthcare-related field.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Demonstrates flexibility, reliability, and poise in dealing with change, delays, and changing work demands.
    • Experience with electronic medical records systems.
    • Knowledge of Google Suite.
    • Knowledge of neurodiversity and care for children/adolescents.
