Midwest Ear, Nose, & Throat (ENT) Specialists is seeking an Otolaryngologist to join our well-established specialty practice in the Twin Cities. Midwest ENT is a physician-led practice comprised of 17 physicians (8 ENT, 5 Facial Plastic MDs, 2 Allergists, 1 Head and Neck Specialist, and 1 Neurotologist), 5 Physician Assistants, and 5 clinics located throughout the east-metro of the Twin Cities and western Wisconsin.

Job Description

• Practicing in state-of-the-art, physician-designed clinical facilities.
• Operating in our Ambulatory Surgery Center under dedicated block time, with the opportunity to obtain additional privileges at outside facilities.
• Collaborating with multiple specialists in an integrated model of care.
• Impacting and leading business operations in a collegial environment.
• A highly competitive, RVU-based compensation structure before partnership.
• A 24-30-month track to partnership.

Compensation Information

$375,000.00 / Annually - $425,000.00 / Annually

Details: $275,000 base salary in year one with a $100,000 sign-on bonus for a total compensation of $375,000. Year two has options to move to production-based compensation.
