Requirements

• Specialty: Urology
• Board requirement: BC/BE
• Board requirement: ABU
• License requirement: Licensed in PA or IMLC
• Life support certifications required
• COVID vaccine/exemption required

Locum Coverage Assessment

• Reason for locum need: Vacancy long-term permanent search
• Coverage type: Outpatient + inpatient
• Locum coverage needed: Ongoing
• Specific shift type: Scheduled clinic hours + shared call

Program Details

• Patient volume: Coverage includes clinic (approximately 15-20) and rounding on patients (approximately 2-4 inpatients) / 15% inpatient and 85% outpatient
• Support staff: Physicians 2 / RNs 1 / PA/NPs 2 / Office staff 8
• Supervision of advance practice providers: No
• Patients per shift: 15-20
• Shift times / coverage details: Ongoing needs beginning mid-February 2025
