Night APP

Join our dedicated team of 12 physicians and 6 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) in a collaborative hospitalist environment. Our facility offers a structured schedule and excellent subspecialty support, ensuring a high standard of patient care.

Job Description

• Work with 4 physicians and 2 APPs during the day, with 1 swing shift physician, 1 nocturnist, and 1 APP on at night.
• Follow a 7 on, 7 off schedule with night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM.
• Split admissions between night providers (APPs handle 4-6 and physicians handle 6-8), with cross coverage for a census of 100 and rapid responses managed by physicians only.
• No procedures or codes are required, as there is a code blue team available.
• Hospitalists conduct all rapid responses, with intensivists available for support as needed.
• Utilize EMR EPIC for patient documentation.
• Candidates should have inpatient hospitalist experience.

Compensation

• Night APP compensation is $170,000 plus productivity incentives.
